About Our Centre
The Macquarie University Sport & Aquatic Centre (MUSAC) is the Centre for everybody. For kids and adults of all ages we offer a range of sports and programs that fulfil your every active need.
Our health club has a range of opportunities for membership suitable for:
- students
- staff
- community members, and
- corporations.
There are also options available to use our range of facilities and classes including:
- swimming pools
- squash, badminton, basketball, volleyball and netball courts
- BBQ facilities
- Martial Arts, Aqua, cycling, group fitness and lifestyle classes
Opening Hours
Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre opening hours are:
Monday to Friday:
5:30am to 10pm
Weekends/Public Holidays:
6am to 7pm
Health Club Facilities
Our flexible, value for money membership includes regular Health Evaluations where we identify your goals and provide you with a personalised program to get you there faster and safer. There are no long term lock-in contracts! You are in control!

Contains both machine and free weights – depending on your health and fitness goals, we will prescribe the most effective personalised program

50 metre heated outdoor swimming pool
Swim all year round! Enjoy the tranquil outdoor surroundings whilst you do some serious laps. Swimming is an effective non impact exercise for those wanting to burn some calories and improve muscle tone in the upper body. -
