Being at Macquarie University
is a great experience and O Week 2009 was a great way to start the year.
Held over the first four days of the 2009 academic year, O Week (O for Orientation) gave new and returning students the chance to get really involved in university life.
O Week provided heaps of opportunities for new and not-so-new students to interact, with many Student Group stalls and student activities on show. Thank you to Student Groups and Sports Clubs who made the week a success!
Even though O Week has come and gone, students may still have a few unanswered questions… like how do I meet other people? Get involved in sports, catch movies or go away on short trips? Where’s the coolest place to hang out on campus, and where can I go for great food?
A good place to find answers to these questions is by speaking to a Student Group or Sports Club that takes your interest. They've been there before and learnt from the experience, so follow the link below to see what's on offer.
